Sapporo Yuki Matsuri - Sapporo snow festival
All Abilities Welcome

WHAT :

1-2 days photography workshops and practical training in Sapporo during the Sapporo Snow Festival (yuki-matsuri) . Small class size. 6+ hours of teaching and practical exercises.

WHY :

You've Spent 1000's of dollars to travel and 100's more on your camera, you might as well spend a little time and money to learn how to take better photos.

Also you may think being an English teacher is not your long term goal and want to start down the path of being a professional photographer. I was a JET teacher 4 years ago and now I travel all over Asia taking photos and make a living at it.

WHEN :

 These workshops are on February 6, 7, 8 & 9th. 2009

6th (3-9), 7th-9th (9-3) Free to stay later and talk.

6th & 7th will cover basic photography, camera functions and compositions + answer a variety of questions.

the 8th & 9th will be intermediate and be more in depth + cover questions about how to show and sell your photography.

The 6 and 7th will be the same, so just join one of them. If you want to know more join the photo workshop on the 8th or 9th.

WHERE :

We will have some "classroom" time just off Odori Koen, the site of the Yuki Matsuri, in a photo gallery reserved for us and later be at the snow festival (yuki-matsuri) doing practical exercises and asking questions.
